I recently upgraded from Windows 7 Pro to Windows 10 Pro. The machine went through the Microsoft testing OK prior to the update. Also, now am unable to access network drives from this computer. I receive error message for this that "one or more network protocols is missing from this computer. I have tried all suggested fixes for these problems already on the forum. I believe the problem is the driver for the Intel WiFi card agn.

Malwarebytes is resident on the machine but runs only when I start a scan manually. It does appear, however, that both the old windows 7 and new Windows 10 security softwares are present on my machine and I had to manually shut off the Windows 7 product.
I am able to get to the desktop screen. The machine functions normally except for the two problems I enumerated here; intermittent blue screen error and inability to connect to network drives or share information across the network. It appears from numerous Bing searches that there are many people having trouble due to the lack of a Windows 10 driver for the agn laptop network card.
I suspect this is the root of my problem and am hoping for a fix from you. The solution which worked for me is to disable the Need to block the auto update of the driver or you will wake up to find the later failing Microsoft Intel driver they all fail win 10, win 7 and win 8, both Intel and Microsoft.
